Our dough is made daily with a sourdough starter and proofed for 24 hours to prepare our pizzas to be topped with fresh and seasonal ingredients, produced by local farmers or, sourced from small suppliers across Ireland and Italy before being cooked the only way a pizza should be in a wood fire.
